Kompass is founded with the vision of creating a platform for young adults and students to engage in community building and volunteering across the world.
Spring 2024
Our first trip takes us to Kenya, where we begin our mission of empowering communities through sustainable projects.
Summer 2024
We expand our reach to Baray, Cambodia, initiating projects focused on community building and education.
Spring 2025
We return to Baray, Cambodia, continuing our efforts and strengthening our commitment to sustainable development.
